the poor

A Mason being made that the Ovrseers of the poor due pay two pounds
& three Shillings for dischargeing John Smith< no role > a Carpenter & an
Inhabitant of this Pish out of the Marshal son Prison

Ordrd. that the Ovrseers of the poor due pay the sd. two pounds &
three Shillings to discharge the sd. John Smith< no role > out of the Marshal son
Prison

A Mason was made by Mr Rish & the Quson was putt whethr. the foot
Passage by the round house should be repaird for the benefitt of Cuarbes comeing to
the Play house or not & carryes in the affirmative

Resolved of Mr Rish Wile pay the Sume of £10. towrs. the charge of the Posts
& railes & pay five & twenty Shillings P ann in here of the apple stall
& lett up & maintaine two Lamps by the Dead wall & maintaine them at his towne shape that then Mr.
Harding the Carpenter due place the posts at Mr Rish desires &
he is to give Notice to the Church warden by Fryday morning next
otherwise Mr Harding the Carpenter to lett up the bailes according to
his first directons by the Surveyors of the Highways & in the Same
manner they were formerly done
