Resolved that the Board will Stand by and Indempnifye the sd.
Mr Fawkner & Mr Carr against all the necessary charges which
they already have or hereafter may be put into indefending
the Said Accon brot. against them by the Said Lye.

Saunders desireing to See them the Same was delivered him by
Mr. Fawkner who desireing Mr Saunders to return them to him

afterwards desireing attested Copyes of them he likewise refused that
Sayeing he would Consider of it.
