more easy and Speedy recovery of small Debts in the City &
Liberty of Westmr . and that Part of the Dutchy of Lancaster
which Adjoyneth to the said Liberty

A Motion made and the Question put whether the
Trading and other Inhabitants of this Parish Joyn
with the Trading and other Inhabitants of the several
Parish of St. James St. George St. Martins St. Ann
St. Mary le Strand & the Trading and other Inhabitants
of any other Parish in the sd. Liberty and Dutchy Who
shall be willing to Joyn to Support the Petition now depending
in Parliament for bill for the necessary & Speedy Preceding
of small Debts
