But as one Rate is almost Entirely Collected & half the
other I think it is best not to Start such an Objection but
to take Care & Rectifye it for the Future by being more
Explicit in the Title-
Q-
If they are can the Churchwardens & Overseers Justifye a
Distress for the Arrears due each Rate & if they can
must they have Seperate Warrt. of Distress agt. each Person
that is in Arrears or may they putt all that are in Arrear in
one Warrt. to be made for each Rate
The Church Wardens & Overseers may Justifye a Distress &
the severall Refusers may be put into one Warrt. for each
Rate-

If the said severall Rates are void Rates can the Church
Wardens & Overseers make a New Rate for the Arrears of the
last Rate which is as yett uncollected & will be Dne Lady Day
next & Entitle it a Rate or Assessment made on the Inhabitants of
the Parish of St. Clement Danes
in the County of Middx the -
Day ofin the Year of our Lord 1741 for the Necessary
Releife of the same Old Impotent Blind & other Poor of
the said Parish for One Month from the Date hereof and
Justifye a Distress for the sd. Arrears under the Title of
the sd. New Rate
This will be a proper Title when there is Occasion to
make a New Rate
