It was unanimously agreed That
Books be opened at the Vestry where
Attendance be given from 10. O'Clock
in the Morning till 2. O'Clock in the
Afternoon To receive Subscriptions
as also that a Collection be made from
House to House thro' the Parish for
the Purpose of establishing a Fund
for supplying the Poor Housekeeper
and Lodgers resident within the
Parish with Coals at One shilling
Per Bushell & Bread at 6d the Quarter
Loaf. That Tickets for the above
Purpose be Issued signed by the
Clergyman of the Parish & impressed
with a Seal appointed by the Committee

That the following Sents do
form a Committee for carrying the
said Plan into Execution
