The Churchwarden, having read the several
Rules directed at the last Meeting to be Observed
by the several Candidates which being agreed to

He Declared the Poll open, whereupon
it Commenced immediately & was proceeded on

A Dispute arising on the legality of Votes, Namely Whether
Persons who had been resident House holders for the
lays or upward so as to become Parishioners & had been
Assessed to the Poor Rate but not actually paid it
should be entilled to [..]
