At this Meetg. Richd. Dobbins< no role > was.
Chosen Inspecter of Houses & Places for
Slaughtering Houses for the Year ensuing.

A Letter from Mr Birch of Black bourew
in the Parish of Castell in Lancashire
(to which Place several Children had been
sent a bound apprentices) was read in which
he States "That Black borrow is not Extra [..]
"Parochial-that the Children get Settlements.
"under their Order time, and that there are no
"works where the Children are better Attended to.

Mr Milbourn the Treasurer Reportd. That he had.
a friend who went there 10 or 12 Times in the
Year and who informed him they were will
Treatd, and taken great care of.
