It was then moved & seconded That the Churchwarden do not
witht. calling a regular Vestry by Notice in the Church specifying
the purpose for which it is Called and havg the authority of such
Vestry exceed the above Allowances when any pretence whatever
& that if he shall exceed the same with out Such authority That
such excess shall not be allowed in his accounts
