A Petition was presented by Thos.. Jones< no role > of Vere Street
Praying the Vestry to Recommend him to Mr. Justice Kitchiner
for a Licence for the Saml. Alehouse & being strongly
recommended as a Man of Good Character

It was moved that he be recommended for such Licence
