Read & Auditted the Churchwardens Account for the Month
of March last amounting to the Sum of£8..16..10
At the same time read & Auditted the Account of the Overseer
of the Poor for the same Month Amounting to £649..0..6
Mr. Chessall having reported to this Vestry that be had Attended
the Committee in the House of Commens on the Bill of St. Ann
depending in Parliament for paying that Parish and on his
Reports being taken into Consideration the same was
Adjourned-Sine Die.
A Motion made by Mr. Rainforth & seconded by Mr. Brett
whether it shod. be a standing Order of Vestry that in future
no Overseer of the Poor
for the time being Do relieve any
Pauper but by Order on the Treasurer and on the Question
being Put it was Carried in the Affirmative-Nem Con
A Motion made by Mr. Rainforth & Seconded by Mr.
Watt, Whether a Committee shod. be appionted for the purpose
of Inspecting & sorting the sevl. Deeds Papers & Writings relative
to the sevl. Estates belonging to this Parish and on the Question
being put the same was Carried-Nem Con And there upon as
Committee was Appointed accordingly Vizt. The Churchwardens
for the time being George Vaughan< no role >
