Mr- Buddles Estimate (agreeable to the Resolution of a former
Vestry) for repaving the lower Church Yard was produced and
taken into Consideration and the same having been approved of
A Motion was made by Mr- Allanson & secondd- by sevl- & the
Question put Whr- the same should be repaved or not

Carrd- in the Affirmative Nem Con

Also a Motion made by Mr- Douglas & secondd- & the Question put
Whr- Mr- Buddle shod- repave the same agreeable to the Estimate.

Carried also Nem Con

Mr-Buddle therefore agreed to pave the same agreeable to his Estimate
delivered in, in a Workman like manner and that when finished if any
dispute shod- arise the same to be left to the Determinatn- of two persons
in the same Branch of Business the one on the part of the Parish
and the other on the part of the said Mr- Buddle

Agreed that the Parish do advertize before the Church Yard is
begun to be repaved for Families who have put down Grave Stones
over their Friends for them to View the same to know of they
propose to have new ones put down at their own expence (in Case
they are obliterated or broken) otherwise that they will be taken
away and paved over with the like pavement as the rest of the
Church Yard is proposed to be paved with.
