The Accounts of Mr. Wm. Seager< no role >
Late Upper Church
Warden of this Parish were not passed on account of his not
having all the Bills delivered him in by the Tradesmen employed
in Repairing and Beautifying the church on which
Account the Consideration of his account was adjourned
and the Business done by Mr. Robinson Painter and Mr.
Tapper Carpenter to be Surveyd in the mean time by two
Judges of each kind of their work and the same is to be
done against the twenty seventh day of the next Month
Resolved and Agreed that the Debts due from
Mr. Wm. Seager< no role >
as Upper church Warden
of this Parish Shall
be paid together with what he hath in his hands by the
money now in the hands of Mr. Richard Prior< no role >
now
Upperchurch Warden of this Parish if he have sufficient
for that purpose and if not that he pay so much as he
hath in his hands towards defraying the same, if that
shall not be sufficient to pay the said workmens Bills,
in full discharge of such Bills, so that there shall not be
a Church Rate made, as was agreed to be made by an
Order of Vestry of the twenty seventh instant
