That Alphabetical Books of the Inhabitants
Names be provided and proper Clerks to attend the
same and mark off each Elector as he ballots
That the Names of all the Candidates
be in the same List, and a sufficient Number
printed ready against the time appointed
Each Parishioner coming to ballot
shall have a List delivered to him and the Name
he Votes for he must take from the rest and deliver
folded double to one of the Charity School Boys
That a Box shall be provided to drop
the waste part of the List into if the Elector thinks
proper so to do
That one of the Charity School Boys
be placed between the Table and the Rail in the
long Vestry Room to receive the Ticket; he is not to
be permitted to look into the Ticket only to observe
there be but one, and drop it directly into the ballot
box
No written Tickets to be allowed
That the ballot box be opened each day after the
close of the ballot in the presence of the Candidates
and others and the Tickets taken out and put upon
several Wire Files provided for that purpose
That the Books, Files and Lists, after the
Ballot for the day is finished be sealed up in the presence
of the Candidates and others and deposited in a secure
place under Locks &c till the next Morning
