Agreed that the Rate for the necessary Relief of the Poor be
at 8d in the Pound for the second Quarter
Agreed that Mr Wether stone be paid £30 for the
damage he has suffered by the building the Work house and the
Agreement given to him is to be delivered up and he is to pay all
the Bills for Repairing that damage
Confirmed the Order of the Trustees of Holborn Estate
to Erect Boundaries in Eagle Street at the extream Parts of the
Parish there
Agreed that the Vestry Clerk inform the Treasurer
of New Inn, that that Inn must be Rated according to the Act of
Parliament, whereby the whole Parish is to be equally Rated
Agreed that Mr Webb be paid a Sum for his extraordinary
trouble which he had in the two former Tryalls against New Inn
and Clements Inn, which will be Considered at a future Vestry
