Assigned the Parish Plate &c: and finally closed the late
Churchwarden's Accounts

Agreed that Mr Burnthwaite pay out of the Money in
his hands the Bills due to Dr: Howard and the Vestry Clerk which
have been due some time from former Church-wardens

Agreed that the Order of Vestry for paying Rewards for
convicting Felons and Robbers be discharged and more Moneys
to be paid on that Account

Agreed that the Answer to the Letter Sent by the Society of
New Inn be that no Meeting shall be had as requested but they
may send their Proposals if they have any & they will be considered
by a Vestry-and that the Vestry Clerk acquaint them herewith

Confirmed the Order made for Agreeing with Mr
Wetherstone for his Buildings & that the Overseers treat with
him for the same
