To be paid for one Month after a Quarter shall
be expired and so after every Quarter of a year during
the Contract

Mr. Stanton's proposal being the lowest was
accepted and the Vestry Clerk ordered to prepare the usual
Contract.

The following Proposals for serving with Coals
were received and read

Messrs. Souls by Allison & Co. proposed
Good Heaton main Coals (Pool measure)

Sixty Chaldrons to be delivered at the Workhouse
forthwith at57/ per Chald

20 Chaldrons to be delivered free of
Expence in Bushels to the Poor at their
respective habitations within the Parish
on St. Thomas's day next or within 21
days then next following at57/

The Overseers to pay for each quantity
within three months after delivery
