Mr. Johnson Agent to the Holywell Cotton Mills
attended and informed the Board that, of the
Children
bound to that Company, Seven out of Ni [..]
had ran away. He Admitted that they were
worked from 7 in the Eveng till 6 in the Morning
that they were not Relieved during that Night.
Whereupon the Board took it into
Conson and were unanimously of Opinion that
working in the Night was very injurious to their
Health and
Ordered an application be
made to the Magistrates to discharge
Vobe and Marsden the two Boys now
remaining at such Mills
