Some Objections arising to Mr. Luffs Bill - Ordd. that the
Overseers do settle the same with Him

The Overseers having experienced an inconvenience by.
the Contracts being expired when They came into Office
- They requested the Board of Assistants would make
the Contracts. For - Meat - Butter & Cheese

For full 12 Months for the accomodation of the.
Succeeding Overseers

which being considered

It was Moved That it be Recommendd. to
Vestry, To sanction Contracts for 12 Months.

The Overseers also Requestd. a Contract might be
made for 60 Chaldron of Coals for the Workhouse
and 20. Chaldron for Sr. Thomas day< no role > .

Ordd: That a Meetg. be held this day Fortnight
to Contract for Meet Butter Cheese and
Coals and that the Regular Notices be
given.
