a strict Complyance with the Contract The Committee
were induced to sign a Draft on the Bankers
for Seventy Pounds ten Shillings his Bill for One
Quarter to Christmas last

pursuance of a Summons relative to his
neglect of performance of his Contract and
requesting this Committee's Indulgence of a
further Tryal, and having produced a Letter
from Messrs.' Price and Partners of their
agreeing to supply him with Oil for that
purpose he was informed by the
Committee that they expected a strict Complyance
therewith, and in default, that they should
take every means in their power for the Public
good
