The Minutes of the last Meeting Read and Confirmed.

A Bill from Messrs. Blackin and Lucas for Lighting the Lamps in the
Parish from Midsumer to Michaelmas last amounting to £139..13s..9d being
read Ordered that the same be transmitted to the Commissioners for Paving
Westminster Etc. in order to Payment out of Monies received for Repairing Cleansing
and Lighting for which purpose this Committee signed the same.

Mr. Peart of Lincolns Inn Fields having taken the Playhouse in
Portugal Street and desiring leave to alter the Pavement in Portugal [..]
so as to make it Convenient for Coaches Etc. to go in and out Ordered
that Mr. Vaughan Mr. Jones and Mr. Figge be requested to View the same
also the Passage leading from Ship Yard and the Shutters placed in Piss [..]
Alley also the Pump in Clements Lane also the necessity of a Lamp
wanting at Essex Stairs and Report their Opinion at the next Meeting

Mr. Pearts Agent now attending and requesting leave to alter the

Pavement in Portugal Street so as that Carriages may conveniently back
