The Minutes of the last Meeting Read and confirmed.

The Clerk laid before the Committee the order of the Commrs. for Paving
Westminster Etc dated the 15th Instant requesting this Committee to acquaint the
Commrs: with such Houses and other Building as hinder or obstruct the Passing
of Carriages from one Street to another and where the Ground on which they
stand may be necessary and usefull to the Public, as also of any obstructions by
Bulks Sheds and other Exections in or upon the Footways which this Committee
think so expedient to be taken down as to have them inserted in the Paving Bill.

The Clerk laid before this Committee the Order of the Commrs: for Paving
Westminster Etc. dated the 19th. Instant signifying that the said Commrs: would
be glad to receive the opinion of this Committee on a proposal for Consolodating
the Optional Streets with the respective Parishes which being read & Considered
Ordered that the said Commissioners be acquainted that it is this Committees
Opinion that the Consolidating the Optional Streets with the other part of this
Parish will be proper.

The Clerk also laid before this Committee the said Commissioners
Order of the 22d. Instant requesting this Committee to transmitt to the said
Commrs: by Friday next an Account of the several Streets that the said Committee
have caused to be Paved under the present Act of Parliament which being read
Ordered that return be made to the said Commissioners that the following
Streets and Places have been Paved by this Committee under the present Act of
Parliament Vizt. Milford Lane Portugal Street Serle Street Carey Street Clare
Court Essex Streets Clements Lane Old and New Boswell Courts Great and Little
Shire Lanes part of Ship Yard - Beaufort Buildings - Craven Buildings
Gilberts Passage Sheffield Street - Portsmouth Street - Houghton Street Holles Street
with the Returns.
