Whereas Mr. George Vaughan< no role > of the sd. parish of St. Clement
Danes Laceman hath made it his Request to us the present Church
wardens of the said Parish that he might have the Pew in the South Galley
late in the Possession of Mr. Wm. Willett< no role > Surgeon deceased at the Yearly
Rent of Three Pounds from Lady Day last Desiring that the said Yearly
Rent or Sum of Three pounds might be Accepted as a Consideration for the
same to be bestowed as Seems most for the Benefitt of the said Parish
Now we the said Churchwardens do for the Consideration aforesaid Grant
unto the sd. George Vaughan< no role > the Pew above mentioned during which time
as he shall Continue to pay the sd. Rent of Three pounds and no longer
as Witness our hands the 30th. Day of April 1744
