(to wit) Elizth. Fynmore< no role > Singlewoman Aged
30 years & upwards Upon Oath saith that
on the 1st. day of January [..] now last past she was
delivered of Female Bastard Child at the
Workhouse belonging to this parish which hath
Since been Christened by the Name of Sarah
Fynmore< no role > at this parish Church and which now is & from the time
of the Birth hath been chargeable to the said parish of St
Clement Danes And this Deponent further
upon her Oath Saith that Thomas Master< no role > 's (who
lately lived as Footman to Mr Lee in Tooks
Court Cursitor Street in the saidparish of StCounty
Clement Danes of Middlesex and Absconded from his said
Master's Service on the 22d day of June last but
where he then went or now Resides this Deponent
doth not know [..] nor hath ever heard) is the only
Real and true father of the said Child of which
she was So delivered as aforesaid he and no
one else having had Carnal Knowledge of this
Deponent's Body and begotten the same Child thereon
