upon her Oath saith that she lived as an
Hired Yearly Servant with Mr Dyer in Newcastle
Court Coin the parish of St. Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex Coal Merchant for 3 Years
& an half at the Yearly Wages of £7 that she
quitted that Service in January 1790 and since
has not to the best of her knowledge Information
or belief Gained any other legal Settlement And
this Examinant further on her Oath saith that
she is now pregnant with aChildChild or Children
likely to be Born a Bastard or Bastards and to
become Chargeable to the said parish of Saint
Clement Danes and that Thomas Thornton< no role > at Mrs Taplens No.
2 Maid Lane in the Bow of Southwark is the only
real true father thereof he having had Carnal
Knowledge of this Deponents Body and begotten
the Same thereon And that she is Distressed and
unable to provide for the said Child or
Children whereof she is so pregnant which must therefore become
Chargeable to the said parish of St
Clement Danes
