St. Clemt. Danes .

Margaret Halfpenny< no role > aged 21 Years
or thereabouts upon her Oath saith That
she Never was Married, that she is a
Native of Ireland and never gain any
settlement in England and this Examinant
further upon her Oath saith That she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child on
the 1st. day of July 1788 at the a House of
in Hemlock Court in the Parish of St Clemt.
Danes which hath since been Christened by
the Name of Margaret< no role > That one Edward
Aldridge
< no role > a Cook who did live at St Clemt.
Coffee House in St. Clemts. Church Yard
is the Father thereof he having had Carnal
knowledge of this Examinants body &
begotten the same thereon and that the
St. Edward Aldridge< no role > & one other Person did
beget the same and that her she only
Real and true father thereof
