to wit Ann Poldon< no role > aged about 22 years upon
her Oath saith that she Intermarried with John
Polden
< no role > her late Husband at the Parish Church of
St. Anns in the City of York on the 8th. day of Augt.
1784 that her said Husband has been dead about
Three years and that she has no Child living by her
said late Husband that her said late Husband Served
[..] Three year Apprenticeship to Mr. Lambert in Saint
Clements Church Yard that after he was out of his
said Apprenticeship he never did any Act to gain a
subsequent Settlement And further this Examinant
upon her Oath saith that on the the 18th. day of September
now last past she was delivered of a Male Bastard Child
in Store Street Hospital that one Benjamin Livesey< no role > a
Journeyman Hair Dresser who lived with one Mr. Hardy
a Hair Dresser [..] in the City of York is the father thereof he having
had Carnal knowledge of this Examinants Body
sometime in the Month of December last and at
several times since at one of which times he did
beget the said Bastard Child of which she was
so delivered as aforesaid and that the said Benjamin
Livesey
< no role > is the only real and true father thereof
