to wit Ann Lockwood< no role > This name instance is in set 617. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . aged about 32 years
upon her Oath saith that she never was married
Rented House or paid Taxes that she lived as a hired
yearly Servant with one Thomas Plimpton< no role > a Hosier
in the Strand in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in
the County of Middlesex for Thirteen Months at the
Yearly Wages of Seven Guineas that she hath quitted said
Service about Five years ago since which time she
hath not lived as a hired yearly Servant for one
year or done any Act to gain a subsequent
Settlement And further this Examinant upon
her Oath saith that on the 14th. day of October now
last past she was delivered of a Female Bastard
Child at the Licensed Laying in House in Water
Lane Fleet Street that one Thomas Neary< no role > a
Porter at No. 6 Piazzas Convent Garden is the father
thereof he having had carnal knowledge of this
Examinants Body sometime in the Month of
December last and at several times since at one of [..] which times
he did beget the said Bastard Child of which she
was so delivered as aforesaid and that the said Thos.
Neary
< no role > is the only Real and true father thereof
