to wit Hannah Facer< no role > aged about 26 years upon her
saith that she never was Married Rented any House
Tenement or Lodging of £10 a year or ever lived as a hired
yearly Servant for one year that she was born at Deptford
the parish of Saint Paul at Deptford in the County of
where her Father and Mother kept House that she
[..] done no Act to gain any other Settlement than
Birth And further this Examinant upon her oath
saith that on the 3rd day of Octr. last past she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child at the House
a Mr. Waile in Bennett Court Drury Lane in the parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
which hath since been half baptized by the Name
Elizabeth< no role > That one James Douglass< no role > a Journeyman
Carver and Gilder who lately lived at Mr. Brow
in Little Russell Street Covent Garden is the Father of
said Child he having had Carnal knowledge of
Examinants Body for these three years last Past and
begotten the said Child of which she was so delivered
as aforesaid And that the said James Douglass< no role > is
only real and true father thereof
