to wit Ann White< no role > aged about 20 years upon her Oath
saith that she never was married Rented any House
Tenement or Lodging of £10 a year that she lived as a hired
yearly Servant with one Mr. Baby of Stanhope Street in the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex for
18 Months or thereabouts at the yearly Wages of £6 hath
quitted said Service about 10 Months ago since which
time she has done no Act Matter or thing whereby to the
best of her knowledge Information or belief she may have
gained any other Settlement And further this Examt.
saith that she is pregnant with Child or Children which
is or are likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to
become Chargeable to the said parish And further saith that one
Isaac Madement< no role > who lately lived as a Servant with Mr.
Shephard a Brewer in Stanhope Street is the father thereof
he having had Carnal knowledge of this Exts. Body sometimes
in the Month of May last and at sevl. times since
at one of which times he did beget the said Child or Children
of which she is now Pregnant And that the said Isaac
Madement
< no role > is the only real and true father thereof
