to wit John Gibbs< no role > aged about 55 years
upon his Oath saith that on or about
the Sixth day of March 1774 he Intermarried
with Jane< no role > his present Wife at the Parish Church of
Saint Martin in Birmingham by whom he hath
Eight Children living Three of which are unprovide
for Vizt. Martha< no role > aged about Twelve years Ann< no role >
aged about Seven years and Charlotte< no role > aged about
Two years That he this Deponent Rented an
First floor and Garret unfurnished of Mr. Duvall in Change Court
in the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex for Three Months and upwards at
the yearly rent of Ten Pounds That he hath quitted
said Apartments about Eighteen Months since
which time he hath not Rented any unfurnished
place of Ten pounds a year paid Taxes or done
any Act Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent settlement
