saith that he lived as a hired yearly
Servant with Mr. Harvey of Boswell Court in
the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty
of Westminster for Five years or thereabouts at
the yearly Wages of Eight Guineas that he hath
quitted said Service about Five years since
which time he hath not lived as a hired yearly
Servant for Twelve Months or done any Act
Matter or thing whereby he might have gained
a subsequent settlement
