to wit Elizabeth Matthews< no role > aged about
31 years & who is now Chargeable to this Parish upon her Oath saith that she
Intermarried with Samuel Matthews< no role > her
present husband (who is now from her) at the
Parish Church of Saint Peter at Saint Albans
by whom she hath Three Children living Mr. Elizth.< no role >
aged about Eight years John< no role > aged about Six Years
and William< no role > aged about Four Years all provided
for That her said Husband Rented Two houses in
Seward Street in the Parish of Saint Luke in the
County of Middlesex for Twelve Months or thereabouts
at the yearly rent of Thirty Pounds that he hath
quitted said [..] House about Four Years since which
time he hath not to the best of this Examinants
knowledge Information or belief Rented any house
Tenement or Lodging of Ten Pounds a Year paid
Taxes or done any Act Matter or thing whereby
he might have gained a subsequent settlement
