(to wit) Mary Antt< no role > Widow aged about fifty
years Upon Oath saith that she was Married to
James Antt< no role > her late Husband at the parish Church of
Aston alias Alston near she Field in the County of
York on or about the 2d day of June 1761. that since
their said Marriage her said Husband Rented and
Resided in an House in Cloth Fair in the parish of
St Bartholomew Great London for about one year
and a Quarter at the Annual Rent of Twelve pounds [..]
twelve Shillings that he Died there on or about the 2d
day of Janury 1789 and this Deponent quitted the said
House about a Month after and hath not since Rented
any House or Apartment of £10 a year paid any
parish Taxes been Married or done any other Act
Matter or thing whatsoever whereby to obtain any
subsequent legal settlement to the best of this Deponents
knowledge Information or belief and this Deponent
further saith that she hath [..] four Children [..]
by her said Husband now living [..] the Eldest of
whom is aged 23 years or thereabouts and provided for
[..] the
second hath been apprenticed out and obtained a settlement
in his own right and the Remaining two are now living
with this Deponent Namely Sally Aged [..] Fifteen
years and upwards and Samuel Aged thirteen years
and upwards neither of whom hath obtained any legal
settlement in her or his own Right
