and upwards Upon Oath saith That she [..]
was Married to her late Husband John [..] Baldwin< no role > at
the Fleet London on or about the 24th day of November 1751
according to the rites and [..] Ceremonies of the Church
of England That [..]
[..] her said Husband hath informed [..]
her this Deponent which she verily believes to be true
That previous to their Marriage, her said Husband [..]
served an Apprenticeship of Seven years under [..]
Indenture with Mr Bacon a Carpenter in Stanhope
Street in the parish of St Clement Danes in the said
Liberty of Westminster , and lodged in his said
Master's House during such Apprenticeship And
that since the Expiration thereof he did not in his Life
time obtain any subsequent legal settlement to her
knowledge information or belief and this Deponent
farther saith that her said Husband Died about 33
years ago and that she this Deponent hath not since
been Married, Rented [..] ten pounds a year, in value,
paid any parochial Rates or lived as an hired yearly
Servant or done any Act Matter or thing whatsoever
whereby to obtain any subsequent legal settlement
to her knowledge or belief
