to wit Charles Kelly< no role > Aged about Twenty Years on
behalf of Mary Kelly< no role > his Sister an Infant Aged about
Eleven Years on his Oath Says the sd Mary Kelly< no role > was
bound Apprentice by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Christ Church Southwark in the
County of Surry by Indenture bearing Date the 30th. of
August last past to Jane Nugent< no role > of the Parish of
St. John Clerkenwell in the sd County of Middlesex untill the
said JaneMary shod Attain the Age of Twenty One Years or day
of Marriage (According to the Statute in that Case made and
Provided) as by the said Indentures relation being thereunto
had may more fully Appear And further says that the
said Mary Kelly< no role > served four Months of her sd Apprenticeship
when her said Mistress run away from her Habitation
and knows not what is become of her And lastly Says
that the sd Mary Kelly< no role > never was Assigned over to any
Person whatever or ever gained any or Subsequent
Settlement.
