John Harvey< no role > Aged about fifty Seven Years on
his Oath Says he Intermarried with Mary< no role > his late
Wife at the Parish Church of Saint Austin London
about Seventeen Years ago and who has been dead
about fifteen Years Says he last Rented and lived
in a House in the Parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth
in the County of Surry for Two Years or thereabouts
at the Yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds and paid all
Parish Taxes due for the same hath quitted said
House about five Years ago and after quitting the
same he never Rented Ten Pounds a Year Paid Taxes
or done any other Act whereby to gain a Subsequent
Settlement.
