(to wit) The Voluntary Examination of Elizabeth Smith< no role >
of the Parish of St. Clement Danes in
the County of Middlesex Singlewoman
Aged Twenty one years or thereabouts
taken the 15th. Day of October 1768

This Examinant on her Oath Saith that
She never was Married and that She hath known
Thomas Guy< no role > Apprentice to George Rows< no role > Taylor
in Pall for upwards of Ten Months last past
and that he the said Thomas Guy< no role > on or about
the 15th. Day of December last at the House
of Dagworthy a Porter in Shire Lane
Within the Parish of Saint Clement Danes and at
many other Subsequent times had carnal knowledge
of this Examinats Body at one of which times the
the said Thomas Guy< no role > begot on the Body of this
Examinant is now Pregnant and which when born is
likely to be a Bastard or Bastards and to become
Chargeable to the said Parish of St Clement Danes

Voluntarily Sworn and taken the 15th.
