aged 54 years & upwds. Lodging in the Parish of St.
Clemt. Danes in the County of Middx Taken the
12th. Day of July 1740 Who upon her Oath saith
that abt. 6 Months ago she lived as a yearly hired
Servt . with one Mr. Grigg in the Parish of St. Clemt.
Danes in the County of Middx Carpenter for the
space of 3 years at the yearly Wages of £4
And this Examint. further saith yt. she hath not
since yt. time Rented £10 a year Paid Parish Taxes
or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other Place
to her knowledge or beleife that she is now Poor
& Lame & not able to maintaine herselfe
