The Examination of Fras. Ealey< no role > Widw . of Jas. Ealey< no role > Deced
Lodging in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the County of
Middx Taken the 27th. Day of June 1740. Who upon her
Oath saith yt. about 20 Years ago she Intermarryed with
the above sd. Jas. Ealey< no role > & that her sd. late Husband before
his Intermarriage with this Examint. & whilst he was
a Singleman lived a Yearly hired Servt . with one Mr.
Dunton Meal Man in Clare Market in the sd. Parish
of St. Clemt. Danes for the space of two Years & upwds.
but under what Wages this Examint. cannot tell. And
further saith that her sd. Husband in his life time or
this Examint. since his Death never Rented £10 a Year
Paid Parish Taxes lived with any other Person as a
Yearly hired Servt. for the space of one Year or
othewise gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to her
knowledge or beleife that She is now Poor & Sick
& not able to Maintaine herselfe.
