Isabella Rock< no role > aged about 21 years upon her
Oath saith That she was never was Married Rented a
House or Lodging or ever lived as an Hired yearly
Servant for One year saith that her late Father
John Rock< no role > and her Mother Mary Rock< no role > were as
this Deponent hath been informed and believes
Married at the Parish Church of St. Clement
Danes that she this Examinant was born in
Greyhound Court in the Parish of St Clement
Danes That her Father Died abt. 4 Years ago in
the Workhouse of the sd. Parish and further when
her Voluntary Oath saith That she is pregnant
with Child or Children which is or are likely to
be born a Bastard or Bastards and to become
Chargeable to the sd. Parish of St Clement Danes she
being poor and unable to Maintain the same when
born And further saith that one Rosaman Cane< no role >
who is a Hackney Coachman and formerly lived
with the Clark of Cripplegate and is now in
St. Bartholomew Hospital is [..] the Father of the
said Child he having had Carnal of this
Examinants Body sometime in Month of May last
and at many times since at one of which times
he got her with Child of the Child or Children of
which she is now pregnant and that the sd. Rosaman
Cane
< no role > & no other Person did beget the same, he is
the real & true Father thereof
