that she lived with Mr. Hayman a Turner
in the Hay market in the Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields in the Liberty of Westminster and County of
Middlesex as an hired Yearly Servant for
upwards of two Years and an half
That she quitted her said Place about
ten Years ago and since that time has
not done any Act Matter or King whereby
of the best of her Knowledge Information
or belief she may have gained a Settlement
elsewhere than in the said Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields
