Ann Wilson< no role > Aged about Twenty Three
Years on her Oath Says she is the Widow of
John Wilson< no role > who has been dead about Three
Years and with whom she Intermarried in the City of
of Dublin about four Years ago and by whom she hath
no Children now living Says that being a Widow and
without Child or Children she lived a hired Yearly Servant
with Mr. John Perins< no role > a Watchmaker in the Strand in the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
for One Year and Nine Months at the Yearly Wages of
Six pounds hath quitted her said Service about Three
Weeks ago since which time she hath gained no other
subsequent Settlement And further upon her Voluntary
Oath Says she is pregnant with Child or Children which
is or are likely to born a Bastard or Bastards & to become
Chargable to the said Parish (she being poor and unable to
maintain the same when born) says that one Mr.
Gilbelhausen a Phisician who lodges at her late Masters
House is the Father thereof he having had Carnal knowledge
of her Body sometime the latter end of January last But the
particular day she does not now remember and at no other time
afterwards at which time he got her with Child of the Child or
Children of which she is now Pregnant and that the sd.
Gibelhausen & no other person did beget the same and that
he is the real & true Father thereof
