Mary Houseman< no role > Aged about Twenty Nine Years
on her Oath Says she is the Widow of John Jocan Houseman< no role >
who died the Twenty first day of January last and with
whom she Intermarried at the Parish Church of Saint
Clement Danes upwards of four Years ago and by whom
she hath Two Children now living namely Jane Mary
Houseman
< no role > Aged upwards of Three Years and John< no role > Aged
about Ten Weeks Says her said late Husband was a Native
of Germany and never gained any Settlement in England
either by Renting House paying taxes or living a hired
Yearly Servant for one Year as her said late Husband
has often informed her and which Information she verily
believes to be true And this Examinant further says that
before her Intermarriage with her said late Husband
she lived a hired Yearly Servant with one Stephen Pitta< no role >
Book binder in Butcher Row in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes for Two Years or thereabouts as the Yearly Wages
of four Pounds hath quitted her said Service on her said
Marriage which is upwards of four Years ago since
which time this Examinant or her said late Husband never
gained any or. Subsequent Settlement
