Mary Garthwaite< no role > Aged about Thirty Nine
Years on her Oath Says she is the Widow of
Charles Garthwaite< no role > who has been dead about
a Year and an half ago and with whom she Intermarried
at the Parish Church of St. James Westmr about
Nine Years ago and by whom she hath one Child
Named Charles< no role > Aged upwards of Seven Years Says
her said Late Husband Rented and lived in a House
in Johnson Court Charing Cross in the Parish of
St. Martin in the Fields in the Liberty of Westmr
upwards of One Year at the Yearly Rent of Twenty
Pounds and lived therein to the time of his Death
since which time this Examinant or her said son
have gained no other Settlement.
