to wit Mary Rogers< no role > Aged about fifty years on her Oath
Says she is the Widow of Benjamin Rogers< no role > an Attorney in
Lyons Inn in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the
Liberty of Westminster with whom she Intermarried at the
Parish Church of Saint Martin Ludgate In the City of
London about Nineteen Years ago and by whom she
hath three Children now living namely George< no role > Aged about
Eighteen Years Hester< no role > Aged about fourteen Years and
Sarah< no role > Aged about Ten Years she being Poor and unable to
Maintain herself and her said Three Children says her said
late Husband was several Years Clerk with one Mr. Bolt
an Attorney in Lyons Inn at the Yearly Wages of Forty
Pounds as she has been Informed and verily believes and
also had Chambers of his Own which he purchased of the
Society of Lyons Inn aforesaid during his Life and further
Says that since her said late Husband Death she hath [..]
done Any Act whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement
