says she was bound an Apprentice by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Wells in the County
of Summerset to one Robert Thacker< no role > a Butcher and
served her said Master about Five Years at Wells aforesd.
and her said Master afterwards came up to Town and
resided in Houghton Street in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes and served the remainer part of her
said Apprenticeship with her said Master in the Parish
last mentioned since which she never did any Act
whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement And Further
upon her Voluntary Oath Says that on the 14th. day of
December 1769 to the best of her remembrance she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child in the House of one
Mr. Lyon in Luckner Lane in the parish of Saint Giles in
the Fields in the County of Middx which as since been
Baptized Jane Ann< no role > And further says that in the Month
of October 1771 but the Particular Day she does not now
remember she was Delivered of a Male Bastard Child in
Charter house Lane at the House of one Haggeton in that
part of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre which lyes in the County of
Middlesex which has since been baptized by the name
of William Henry< no role > And further says she is pregnant
with Child or Children which is or are likely to be born a
Bastard or Bastards and to become Chargable to the parish
of Saint Clement Danes she being Poor and unable
to maintain the same when born say that one Richard
Bellasyse< no role > Buckle maker who is now gone from her
had Carnal Knowledge or her body some time in the
Month of August last and at several different times
afterwards at one or which times he got her with Child
of the Child or Children of which she is now Pregnant as
afsd. and that the said Richard Bellasyse< no role > and no other Person
did beget the same and that he his real and true Father
