in the County of Surry by Order dated the 5th. Day
of May Instant upon his Oath saith he lived
in & rented a house in Cary Street in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex for the Space of two Yrs. at the Yearly
Rent of £27 & hath left same abt. 34 Yrs.
Says he hath not since rented ten pounds a
Year paid Parish Taxes lived as a Yearly
hired Servt. for one Year or otherwise gained
a Settlemt. in any other Place to his knowledge
or beleif
