on the 15th, Day of March last as yett unbaptized

sd. Parish of St. Clement Danes she being Poor
& unable to maintain the same Says that
Jno. Delafont< no role > of the Inner Temple London
Esqr . did begett the Sd. female Bastard Child on
her Body the sd. Jno. Delafont< no role > having Carnall
knowledge of her Body on the 16th: Day of June
last & 23d: [..] of August
following at one of which times he gott her
with Child of the sd. female Bastard Child of
which she was delivered as aforesd. & that
no other person has either before nor since that time had [..] have
of her [..] ods & that he the sd. John Delafont< no role > & no other person is
the true & reall Father thereof
