never married Says on the 14th. Day of Septr. about
12 Yrs. since she was delivered of a Male Bastard
Child at Mrs. Geatleys in Ship Yard in the Parish
of St. Clemt. Danes in the Liberty of Westmr. & County
of Middx since baptized John< no role > now liveing
& likely to become Chargeable to the sd. Parish
And further Says about 4 Yrs. since she was
delivered of a female Bastard Child at Mr.
Norburys in Vere Street in the sd. Parish of St.
Clement Danes since Baptized
& now living & become Chargeable to the sd.
Parish this Examinant being Sick Poor &
not able to maintain them Says that Mr.
Thomas Yeates< no role > formerley Clerk to Mr. David
Thomas
< no role > of Clements Inn did begett the said
two Children on her Body the sd. Thos. Yeates< no role >
& this Examinant living together as Man
& Wife had Carnall knowledge of her Body
and gott her with Child of the aforesaid Male
& female Bastard Children of which she was
delivered as aforesaid and that he the said
