Saith That he has been credibly informed which
Information he verily believes to be true that the
Ann< no role > the younger was born a Bastard in the Hou [..]
of one Mr. Lambley a Butcher in Fore Street in the
Parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate in the City of
London and that said Mary< no role > was likewise born
a Bastard at the sd. Mr. Lambleys House in the
Parish and City aforesaid
